Scotland Wrestles with question of tuition fees

In 2011 students from scotland may have to pay tution fees to attend certain colleges and are going to have to pay as much as $15,000 a year.
I was surprised when i read that the studentsin Scotland dd not have to pay tution fees in the first place and i thought that was really interesting and is a good way to get alot of people to go to college and to get educted. I know alot of people that would have gone to college if they could only pay to go there. I think that it is sad that they are soon going to haer to start paying to go to school and i thnk that there will be less people that will be going to college because of it.
