My Ideal Teacher Prep Program

I think that the three things that would be best for a teacher prep program would first be more teaching on different cultures and their customs and beliefs. I think that being culturaly aware is very good for a teacher. As we have learned in class in a few years their will be alot mre people from different baack rounds in our schools and we, as teachers, need to have a better understanding of them so are able to teach them the best way we can.
Another ting that I think is very important to have in a teacher prep program is a second lanuage, either spanish or chinese. I think that in order to be a good teacher, you need to be able to communicate with your students in a way that the can best understand. By have teachers know a different language, spanish would be my ideal, they will be better prepaired for their students who may speak a different languag when they are at home with their family.
The last thing that I think is very important to have in a teacher prep program is learning more about how to use technology in the class room. Technology is becoing more and more used in todays socity and we need to b able to teach the students how to use these electronics so they are more prepaired for when the go out into the world. Technology is improving some much and so fast everyday and we need students to be able to understand and teach students how to use these things.
